Bringng in 15 years of experience as a corporate HR professional in a multinational environment with a regional position. Lara is passionate about making organizations more effective by helping her clients streamline processes and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement and create a positive cultural change.

Currently residing in Accra, Ghana, she decided to invest her knowledge and expertise in a new venture under the name of HR-X with a mission to provide solutions for organizations through both in-house and online trainings, consultation & coaching.
